Salmon is one of the best seafoods that you can eat, but we rarely buy fresh salmon at the grocer because it seems a little intimidating to prepare.
So, we found the following healthy and delicious salmon recipe that you can prepare and cook in just a few minutes:
Ingredients:
- ½ pound fresh salmon filet
- Juice from ½ lemon
- ½ teaspoon dill
- Pinch of Kosher salt
Place salmon in microwave-safe dish-yep, microwave! Sprinkle with lemon juice, dill and salt. Cover and microwave on high for 3-4 minutes. Remove and let sit for 1 minute. Enjoy!!
