It’s almost that time of year. Summer officially ends, and what seems like the briefest season of the year, Autumn arrives. Maybe it just seems short because it is a favorite, but the almost brisk morning air and the light dew on our lawns this morning were good signs.
Nonetheless, beginning approximately Oct 1, 2007, you will be able to visit our local Pumpkin Places to Pick your Preferred Plump Pumpkin!
If you’ve lived long in Flower Mound, you know that pumpkin shopping is more than just going to the store. It’s a short drive into the country…well almost the country, to the Pumpkin Patch or Pumpkin Village, located right next to each other on FM1171 just West of Bridlewood before you get to Lusk. Both will offer entertainment and recreational events for whole family, especially the kids.
This weekend we saw pumpkins being unloaded at the Pumpkin Patch and Pallets of them in the field at the Pumpkin Village, so they may start early any day now.
