65,000 Lights on Frisco Home

We started out putting a few lights on our home many years ago, and it grew and grew as our kids grew. Now we hang lit wreaths in our windows and call it a day! But we’re grateful many of you go all out with the lights. They were being strung all over Flower Mound this weekend. We hope to get out and catch pictures of some of the best, but in the meantime, thought we’d share one incredible location a short drive up SH-121 in Frisco.

We went to see them last year and were amazed. This year, they’ve added even more with 65,000 lights, all computer controlled, and synchronized to music you can enjoy by tuning your car radio to 92.9FM.

It’s Free, but there may be a wait at times. Cars tend to pull up on the cul-de-sac in front of their home and park through a couple of song sets in groups of roughly 5-8 vehicles, then hopefully drive away so others can pull up. Visit http://www.friscochristmas.com for hours and directions.

Jeff Trykoski the homeowner is also credited with lighting Frisco Square (North Dallas Tollway and Main Street in Frisco). Presented by Frisco Square and NBC 5i you’ll find an incredible light show strung across the roadway connecting a series of buildings and the Frisco Town Hall.
