Did you know the American Amateur Youth Baseball Association is holding their AAYBA World Series right here in Flower Mound again this year? Last year, just over 400 teams came to town for the competition held in Flower Mound, TX, St. Louis, Mo, and Arvada, Co.
From July 5 through July 26th, 2008, the competition is expected to involve as many as 500 teams.
Competions were held in groups 9U through 14U at Gerault and Bakersfield Parks, Marcus High School and Lewisville Lake Park Fields. For team results and more information visit the AAYBA website at aayba.com/world_series_texas.htm.
