FM Police Make Arrest in Pharmacy Robbery CaseĀ Flower Mound Police have arrested and charged a suspect in the recent string of pharmacy robberies. Jeffrey Marshall Usvolk, 20, of Flower Mound was arrested on August 9 and charged with an expired vehicle inspection, possession of a dangerous drug, and one count of aggravated robbery.
Mr. Usvolk was stopped by a Flower Mound Police Officer for an expired vehicle inspection in a silver Toyota
Celica that matched the description of the car being used in the robberies. The suspect has been positively identified through a photo line up by several witnesses at the robbery locations. Police Detectives are preparing additional charges to be filed with the District Attorney in the coming days. The investigation is ongoing.
