According to police reports, a woman was pulled over on SH114 by Texan Trail in Grapevine Sunday, 7/27/2008 around 5:30am by a car pulling up behind her with flashing red lights.

PREVIOUSLY:
SPECIAL NOTICE! This update supersedes the previously confusing odd/even town watering restrictions!
Effective immediately, residents and businesses with addresses east of FM 2499 may water landscaping on Saturday, Monday, and Wednesday and those with addresses west of FM 2499 may water landscaping on Sunday, Tuesday, and Thursday. No outdoor watering is allowed between the hours of 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. for any address.
No clear explanation was given for the new watering regulation change that occurs only one week after the previous address based Stage 2 restriction was issued, but we can surmise from personal experience that the earlier restriction was confusing to residents and difficult to enforce.
From the Town’s press release: "In order to ensure all Flower Mound residents and businesses receive adequate water pressure during peak usage hours, Flower Mound has transitioned the Stage Two Water Conversation Measures to a geographical location-based system."
